Export to Word Document - can this be customised

I was wondering if anyone can advise whether you can customise the output for a report where you select Microsoft Word. So as an example my grid displays 20 records: 10 for company A and 10 for company B. I would like the word document to display the records for each company either starting on a new page or at least be able to put a break between each set of company records with a header above each like the below:

Can this be achieved using the Microsoft Word output or do I have to customise a report in visual studio and output it as a PDF.
