Client Script Not Being Added

Edit Subject

I am attempting to add moment.js to my web app so I can use the functions in Visible When expressions.

I followed the Custom Input Elements instructions.

I made sure to refresh and generate the project. I inspected the source and there is no _System.js file included on the webpage. When my visible when expressions are triggered I thus get a javascript console error because the functions are not found.

What have I done incorrectly?

Mark,

Are you using Desktop or Touch UI? Make sure to restart the app generator after modifying the Client folder.

I am using Touch UI.

I have restarted the app generator, refreshed the project, and generated it. There is no _System.js file in the source.

Mark,

All script files are combined into "combined-XXX.js" file. Please open the project in Visual Studio. In code file "Site.cs", change the line
```
AquariumExtenderBase.EnableCombinedScript = true;
```
to
```
AquariumExtenderBase.EnableCombinedScript = false;
```
The scripts will no longer be combined and you should be able to see your script referenced.

Mark, All script files are combined into "combined-XXX.js" file. Please open the project in Visual Studio. In code file "Site.cs", change the line <pre>AquariumExtenderBase.EnableCombinedScript = true;</pre> to  <pre>AquariumExtenderBase.EnableCombinedScript = false;</pre> The scripts will no longer be combined and you should be able to see your script referenced.

Thanks for the tip, I will try that as an alternative solution.

Based on my current tests, which involve the use of the default value (EnableCombinedScript = true), the contents of moment.min.js are not being added to combined-8.5.11.0.end-us.js?_spa. I have searched the contents of this file, and it returns 0 matches for the word 'moment' which occurs numerous times in moment.min.js.

I apologize for my delayed response, thanks for the help troubleshooting.

Today I checked ~/My Documents/Code OnTime/Library/Data Aquarium/Scripts/_System.js?, and it is there. It is also included in combined-8.5.11.0.end-us.js?_spa on the actual web app. I am unable to identify what caused this to now appear, but good news is it is working now.
