I am new to COT, I worked for a month with the trial version of COT, and I am currently expiring, I bought a license for 5 unlimited users with 12 months free of updates, they provided me with a new activation code, they gave me instructions which I followed but I can't activate the new code, someone can help me.

We have activated your account. For some reason you were not set as Owner and the option to activate the product was not available to you.
Sign in with your google identity that starts with pedro.bustama... to activate the product. -

The product activation procedure for Unlimited Edition Trial users is as follows.
1. Run the app generator and click on the personal product activation code in top right corner of the start page.
2. Sign in.
3. Click "+Register" button above the list of products.
4. Enter your product activation code and click Submit.
5. This will activate your product.
Create new members that will be using the product. Select each member and press Send to email the personal product activation code to the member. -
